Alex has a particular passion for Victorian and character properties, though he is equally comfortable working with all types of homes, from new builds, purpose built or converted flats to countryside cottages. Known for being friendly, professional and easy to work with, he delivers a service rooted in honest advice, clear communication and attention to detail.
With around 20 years of experience in property, Alex began in historic building restoration, which included works alongside English Heritage. This gave him deep insight into how buildings perform and the defects that arise. He also has a background in estate agency, providing strong local market knowledge and a solid foundation in valuation.
