Homebuyers Suvery

A Level 2 HomeBuyer Survey (formerly known as a HomeBuyers Report) is a popular choice for buyers purchasing a conventional property in reasonable condition.

Carried out by a RICS qualified surveyor, it highlights visible issues such as damp, structural movement and other defects that could affect the value of the home. The report is clear, straightforward and includes helpful advice on any repairs or ongoing maintenance. It is a smart, cost effective way to get peace of mind and avoid unexpected surprises when buying a house.

A valuation and a cost estimate for the property rebuild for insurance purposes can be added to this report for an additional cost.

This type of report is easy to read, cost effective and includes imagery of some of the defects. After all a picture tells a thousand words.

Building Survey

A Level 3 Building Survey (previously called a Full Structural Survey) is the most comprehensive property inspection available, ideal for older, larger or unconventional buildings or homes. Conducted by a RICS qualified surveyor, it provides a detailed analysis of the property’s structure and condition, including any defects and potential future issues. The report goes beyond surface level checks, offering in-depth insight into causes of the defect, recommended actions and also includes some indication of costs to repair some of the highlighted defects. It a more comprehensive way to understand what you are buying and to plan ahead with confidence.
